The Role

As a Senior Designer at Legion, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and communication of some of the most ambitious and innovative brands. You will lead the creative development of brand identities, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, from digital and print to packaging and environmental design. This is a hands-on role that requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative exploration, and executional excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with the strategy and production teams to turn concepts into compelling visuals that not only captivate but also tell a brand’s story with clarity and impact.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute standout visual identities, ensuring they resonate across various media and platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive brand experiences that span digital, print, and physical environments. Lead design projects from conception through to final delivery, maintaining Legion's high standard of creative excellence. Stay ahead of design trends and innovation, bringing fresh perspectives to every project. Mentor junior designers, fostering creativity and encouraging growth within the team.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and has the ability to pivot between strategic design thinking and creative execution. Here’s what we’re seeking in our next Senior Designer: Creative Visionary: You have a proven track record of crafting compelling visual identities for brands across different industries and channels. Detail-Oriented: You obsess over the details while keeping the bigger picture in mind, ensuring every design touchpoint delivers on the brand's vision. Strategic Thinker: You understand the balance between creativity and functionality, ensuring every design decision aligns with brand strategy. Experienced Leader: You have experience leading design projects, from concept to completion, and can inspire and mentor junior team members. Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.), with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies as needed. Communicative & Collaborative: Strong communication skills are a must, as you’ll be working closely with other teams, clients, and stakeholders.

7+ years of experience in brand and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work. Experience across both traditional and digital platforms, with a deep understanding of modern brand communication. A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Ability to manage multiple projects at once, maintaining high quality while meeting deadlines.
