The Role

As a Brand & Digital Experience Designer at Legion Brand Lab, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting cohesive brand identities and intuitive digital experiences. This hybrid role is ideal for a designer who thrives in both brand identity and digital interface design—someone passionate about pushing the boundaries and excited by the possibilities of new tech and methods in the field. You’ll lead transformative projects for international financial services and SaaS brands, developing digital experiences that are clear, engaging, and visually impactful across websites, apps, platforms, and software. Develop unique and cohesive brand identities for digital-first products, including platforms, websites, apps, and software, ensuring consistency and adaptability across digital touchpoints. Collaborate closely with strategists, developers, and marketers to create digital experiences that clearly communicate each brand’s story and values. Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces, balancing functionality with aesthetics to create memorable, seamless experiences. Stay updated on the latest trends in design, technology, and user experience, applying this knowledge to push creative boundaries and keep Legion’s work ahead of the curve. Tailor digital brand solutions to the specific needs of high-profile clients in the financial services and SaaS sectors, adapting designs to resonate with their target audiences. Take the lead on project concepts and executions, from ideation to delivery, ensuring quality, precision, and attention to every detail.

You are a designer who thrives on innovation and understands how to craft impactful digital brand experiences. You have a passion for creating designs that are both visually captivating and functionally sound. You stay on top of industry trends, exploring new design methods and technologies, and you enjoy collaborating in a team environment to solve creative challenges.

8+ years of experience in brand identity and digital interface design, with a portfolio showcasing your work on comprehensive identity design, websites, apps, and other digital products. Solid foundation in digital brand development, with the ability to craft unique identities that translate seamlessly across digital interfaces. You should have a deep understanding of how brand identity impacts the overall user journey. Exceptional UX/UI design knowledge - able to think beyond aesthetics to ensure that designs are best-practice and fully aligned with a brand’s experience. A strong understanding of user behaviour, information architecture, and responsive design principles is essential. Knowledge of emerging technologies and design methods - you stay on top of digital design trends and have a strong curiosity about what’s next in the field. You’re excited by new tech developments, such as AI-driven design, augmented reality, or interactive storytelling, and can apply these creatively to enhance brand experiences.
